That was a tough tough watch but I suppose we got there in the end! Great result for us, things looking slightly rosier but worried about Wilf. Still bemused by the ignoring of Mateta. Just wasn't the game for him, same as wolves. He'll get plenty of chances I'm sure. A Mateta is for life, not just for Christmas.

Great win despite the suicidal tactics again and look forward to Townsend having a run in the side while Zaha is out

Fcuk me, hard work but thank god we got the win. It makes such a difference to the rest of this month. 3 more wins and we are done and safe for this season. I don’t think 3 wins will be necessary. This is a season like no other and I very much doubt any of the bottom 3 will get much more than 30. A win and a draw will probably do it.

Given the awful start that was a great 3 points and just what we needed to start February, which should - hope I don’t regret this - be our most profitable month of the season.

tbh they huffed and puffed a lot but created very little and we actually looked more of a threat in the counter attack then they did with all the faffing with the ball. So not that unconvincing I think. Originally posted by southnorwoodhill
Thoroughly unconvincing and yet a win, it's a funny game

Would have been happy with a point, but to take all 3 tonight, delighted.. Last year we should have beaten them, only to lose to an Almeron 90th minute winner. Their keeper had a blinder that day, so this is sweet to get one over Bruce.

HTF did they do that?
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

Tough watch, I really don't like watching Palace on telly, nerves cope much better when at the game. If only all 11 players showed the same energy as Ayew & Reidewald, we would look so much better. I hope Wilf just got a deadleg, looked like he got a knee in the thigh to me.

Players seemed to have found an extra gear too. Possibly due to knowing their not being set up for a hiding. Only disapointing performance was Batshuayi. Keep it like this Roy. With got twice as many points as Fulham with less than half the season remaining. Let's start looking up the league.
