Looking at the 11 out there now, Luka and Dann are clearly not Premier League players. Absolutely miles away from the standard. On top of that, I'm not convinced that Mitchell, Townsend, Riedewald start for the bottom 3. TM and JR may have the future potential but their impact on games is light. Bats maybe does because his historical record is alright? That's half our team we're carrying. I feel sorry for the likes of Eze, Clyne, Ayew who do seem to be a step up in quality but are lacking anyone to play off. Eze and Ayew are left alone on long dribbles into cul-de-sacs. Clyne, Cahill, Dann past it and Batushay contributes zero. Where do you stop, oh yes our captain, absolute waste of space! Basically a pathetic performance.

I don't expect us to win every game but I do expect us to compete. But we didn't. Yet again we passed all the initiative to the opposition. Leeds had everything we didn't .. pace, energy, imagination, to say nothing of the ability to pass the ball to their own players. Edited by Pete53 (08 Feb 2021 9.57pm)

Tactics wrong, attitude wrong, if we go on a run like the end of last season which is very possible we are relying on all the bottom 3 not picking up a few wins and draws, next season unless something changes we are down.

Leeds fully deserved their win and we couldn’t cope with their high press on a pitch that no one could stand up on apart from Raphinha.

It was all so predictable. When will Roy learn that if you play a forward with no support and totally isolated on his own it makes no difference who it is. However it has to be said Mateta fitted in well...didn’t look at all out of place in that team. Now we can’t defend or attack...not inspiring. Best we can hope is we can limp to the end of the season avoiding relegation and then have a mass clear out of footballing directors, management and players.
