It's unlikely a full Andrex Stadium with Brighton fans pointing and splitting their sides laughing at our toothless set up would provoke a reaction from the team?

I could be wrong of course but my belief is that many of our supporters have been shocked and deeply concerned by our last 2 abject performances and there is genuine concern that we could well get relegated.

Whether in the ground or not, I think the danger is that if a person or group has a reasonable point (in this case, an apparent lack of effort and heart in recent performances) but they sandwich it between a load of unreasonable points (as listed in my previous), then nobody really gives a s*** what they have to say. The reasonable point they had gets lost, and becomes mistaken for nonsense along the way.

Which is a shame, as a lot of good, useful criticisms and ideas get lost that way, and people who ought to have had to face reasonable scrutiny (most of us from time to time in different ways) both want to, and get to, evade it.

It would all be easier if we could currently lean over the hoarding at Selhurst and shout 'Luka! Benteke! Batshuyi! Run about a bit you f***ing lazy t***s!'.

Now that, is a reasonable point.

Only 11% would like him to remain with others undecided.
618 is a big number to be considered as ‘entitled ‘, ‘not true fans’ or ‘ignorant of football’ as some Hodgson supporters have suggested.
The Fanatics don’t speak for me , but it is interesting that their concerns have made the national press so Parish will be aware even if he chooses to ignore them.
For most of the other malcontents here I doubt Parish would have any idea of their concerns or even be necessarily that bothered.
Had fans been in the stadium he would be in doubt at the unease at some of the shambolic performances and directionless management on display.

I've always been under the impression that most of our players don't really give a flying monkey's about any rivalries even the Brighton games.

I can't recall ever seeing them playing with any added enthusiasm which would suggest this and without the crowds I am not really expectant of this.

I get the impression the fans are expecting a different performance based on the opposition and am not too sure this affects the players as they would wish.

With regards to the 'Ultras', I didn't care too much to dissect what they have said, I am just hoping that the fact they said something might have some affect. As far as I am concerned they could have printed a 30ft long banner with boooooo! written across it.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
