Really? You need him to qualify it?

How about this, he's not fond of Scotland due to its far leftist authoritarian lying politicians and politics. However I'm pretty sure it's a general comment about the political bubble rather than individual Scots.

Qualified enough? Or do you want individual policies?

I think he meant he should qualify his statement

Scotland is a paradise compared to England.

They should declare UDI and get rid of England altogether.

Which kind of begs the question.....

Why aren't you living in your paradise then?

Definitely the politics.

The people and the country....ish.

It’d be more paradisical if the chip shop sold saveloys.

Yup The SNP loved that film so much they declared it their official film whilst campaigning. I think it was very generous considering it was filmed in Ireland starred an Australian backed by American money.

I think trainspotting might have been a better example.

Even worse; the iron boot of English oppression has prevented knowledge of the bold sav crossing the border. There is a supposed version called red pudding about which the less said the better.

Outside of the political I quite like the Scots.

At least that tough, no nonsense, hard drinking reputation...some of the best soldiers in the army.

But perhaps that lot are in the past...don't know. I certainly know that there are a lot of Stirlings up there.....kind of surprising I haven't gone to see the castle yet.
