I agree with you. Very strange comment, Jairo showed for the ball constantly and played good passes into space, Luka, as sad as it is, has lost it. Jairo all day long

Jairo is a quality player sadly others around him let him down.

I don't know what RH is on, but he has made 3 attacking substitutions, which is commendable!

Rh might want a new contract.

Who here thinks that Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin will have nightmares about Guieta tonight?

Also, we did not deserve the point in this game, they should have won it. However, unlike some of our games, this game was very entertaining. Had we lost 1-0 I still would have enjoyed watching it (although not as much as 1-1).

Of course we deserved the point. We could have won the game with a bit more composure around their box.

I feel you're being a bit unfair, you could see how irritated he was by our determination to throw away all our good passing and movement and at times control of Everton ..I still feel he's being let down by some of our players.

Well, if Hodgson wasn't irritated by our wasteful losing of the ball in good positions after good movement, I certainly was.

Ultimately, though, we deserved our point and played better and more positively than we have for quite a while. It was good to see some crisp passing combinations.

Obviously, Guaita was MOTM, but good performances from Eze, Ayew and Jairo IMO.

We were on the front foot for the majority of the game, we just needed competent movement in the attacking areas tonight, a problem Everton didn't and don't have, in regards to effort moving forward tonight we deserved that point and anyway why are you suggesting our keeper didn't deserve to help us achieve it, Everton couldn't beat him don't see how that results in them deserving to win.

VG the difference again.

Absolute class goalie, the likes of which we have but seen a few times in the modern era - Martyn, Speroni.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Our next game against Chelsea will be a lot tougher. I know they got to led by West Brom (!) but their quality and movement going forward is far superior than Everton’s.

They are however without Silva and will have one eye on the FA Cup the following weekend so may not be a terrible time to play them although I’d expect an acute reaction to their drumming. Sadly not Batshuayi but I’d love to see Eze in the middle again.

We seem to have no problems finding great keepers.

Not sure why Everton didn’t pick up more yellow cards tonight. They were the only ones stopping the flow of the game. Kevin Friend pulled up Wilf for complaining, but he was fouled on the edge of the box. I think Luke said much the same and walked off.

Great point.

The Luka hating is getting boring now. One mistake aside, he was solid enough today and kept things ticking along nicely. Jairo also decent enough. Sure, I'll take an upgrade on either one if they come along. But until then, they're a solid base to let Eze/Wilf shine and create.

VG superb.

Hate to single him out but what is PVAs role? He’s not reliable defending and has Wilf and Eze wide in front of him. He gets caught out of position too often.
