No. I’m saying anyone voting for Johnson full in the knowledge of his lack of morals has a similar moral compass.

I voted for the party who would do best for me and my family. If you reckon other leaders have a better moral compass you are wrong. Many labour politicians and associated are just sneakier and employ a great cancel culture to keep it quiet.
The reality is danh that you either wear blinkers or are naive.

Thanks, you obviously know me so well to make such a sweeping statement about me and others that voted Tory!
I suppose that I did have the option of voting for that anti-Semitic party.

Apologies for butting in but I find that very revealing.

You see I have always taken the view that it is everyone's democratic duty to vote for the candidate who would represent the people in the constituency most effectively. All the people and not just me, or my family. Nor just along party lines, although that obviously plays a part.

One of the biggest problems I see is that people think "their" candidate has "won" so then expect what they want to be delivered and not what is actually in the country's best interests.

As ultimately what ensures success for the country is what is usually best for myself and my family the two are perfectly compatible. But the emphasis is interesting.

If you are in a position to be empathetic to your local area then fair play. Many people can't and human nature is to be selfish to one's own needs.
As stated earlier wissie, charity begins at home which isn't just a saying, it's a fact!

Jeremy Corbyn took part in a 2 minutes silence for dead IRA terrorists. Where do people who voted for him, fit in with regards to your 'similar moral composs' notion?

Well, Johnson & Co have pushed a very selfish agenda since he got involved in any form of decision making. Their philosophy is of short term greed and selfishness that their 'supporters' have seen as the green light to do the same. This is why we're now seeing the fighting between Cummings & Johnson, short termism and greed over personal gain personified. This will trickle down yet again to the voters of course.

His decision to help people during covid-19 and buy millions of vaccines which anyone of any colour, religion or financial status can access.
Sounds not all that selfish to me but I'm a racist, selfish, greedy tory voting bigot so what would I know!

The majority seem that way as they voted in a team of people that have shown nothing else.

It's called a conversation/debate, that usually involves more than one contributor. Back on topic, you don't seem to be able to deny my claim, instead changing the subject. Maybe I've hit a sore point.

I don't know the whole population of the UK so it's a bit difficult. I'm sure there are plenty of selfish people who don't even vote. My sore point is reached if you touch me beer or fags so you may struggle to get there on a forum. Still I guess your life must be very simple as you give away any spare cash each month to the unselfish. This is how it comes across che.
