I have no reason to believe PVA should have a first team spot when Mitchell is fit. They're a 50/50 call anyway, and PVA is (hopefully) leaving. Reece Hannan sounds worth of a go too - even just because he's willing to put a cross in. On that basis alone I'm not sure why we're still using PVA. I'm not going to claim we should have 3/4 starting because that's silly. I'm also not going to claim that there are obvious 1st team starters in the U23s. I have no reason to believe PVA should have a first team spot when Mitchell is fit. They're a 50/50 call anyway, and PVA is (hopefully) leaving.

Reece Hannan sounds worth of a go too - even just because he's willing to put a cross in. On that basis alone I'm not sure why we're still using PVA.

Tyrick Mitchell is 21 now made his first team debut aged 20. Which totally refutes your point. So no need to change the manager, then.
