In order to stab someone you need to have a weapon on you and a willingness to use it.

Then the government, not the mayor who cannot, must legislate to ban possession of a knife with 5 years imprisonment as labour did over guns.

The truth is the tories are not interested in cutting knife crime.

And especially not interested in paying for it.

So like literally every single problem in life it’s all the Tories fault.
Surely there are more reasons young people stab each other than the lack of minimum sentencing? Should people get five years for carrying a chisel, a corkscrew or a screwdriver or anything else that could be used to stab someone?
