#evertonfc and #tottenhamhotspur are rumoured to be interested in #wilfzaha Why? He’s injury prone, has lost his pace at only 28, thus is no longer the most fouled PL player; his ball dribbling stats are declining. I would like him to stay but for £40m? That’s two more Eze’s!

Yep. If we can get $40m...bite their hand off. Invest in 2 or 3 more solid players.

I want Zaha to stay.

The funny part is both Everton and Spurs fans say they don't want Zaha because he's too old, and on the way down.

Meanwhile, Zaha claims he wants to "win trophies" which he will not be doing at either Spurs or Everton.

So basically, this whole thing is a farce, and he should stay here. If we sell him for 40M pounds, we'd just waste the money on nothing, or on players who were crocked all the time. Zaha is the only player we have who could keep us in the PL. How much is that worth?

And why would he even want to go to a sh-t club like Everton or Spurs, sit on the bench half the time, and end up winning nothing anyway.

2017 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Middlesboro
2018 Jan. (Sako) Palace 1 - 0 Burnley
2019 May (Batshuayi, Batshuayi, OG, Van Aanholt, Townsend) Palace 5 - 3 Bournemouth
2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle

Not sure I agree. Eze is special. And importantly, wants to be here.

yawn...boring, you dont know what you are talking about!!!

best ever player
top goalscorer
most influential player
30% sell on clause to utd makes £40m worthless sale.

Right o. Another one of these 'you don't have the same opinion as me so I'm going to say you don't know what you're talking about." Brilliant.

Best player ever: Possibly. Quite probably. But you'd never know it from this season.

Top goal scorer: Yep, fair enough. He played up front for a big chunk of the season, so you'd expect that.

Most influential player: Certainly not this season.

Sell on clause: Yeah, that's a consideration.

i think there is a fantastic debate to be had about the merits of his actually playing out wide .: creating more space for the rest of the team

or indeed about keeping him for another 2 years of his contract rather than take such a small amount against his actual value to us.

but not just to bad mouth him and almost push him out of the door

Rumoured is the word you should focus on.

Personally I am sick and tired of Zaha’s moaning, sulking and general attitude - he clearly doesn’t want to be at Palace let him go.

If Spurs want him yeah OK £30M plus Ryan Sessagnon.

Then go and get Micheal Olise from Reading.

We’ll still have £20M left over.

Still a great player and is the 30% based on any money above the £10m that we paid Moanu for or is it on the whole amount. Wilf is still the best in the side but Eze is catching him rapidly and we still need Wilf in either the 4231 or 433 system that we have also been using. Sak Rakyi is a potential replacement but will the bed-in time for us to keep ourselves up next season. At 28 Wilf will not be around much longer and the refs have not been kind to him.
I still want him to stay around for another couple of years and hopefully longer.
Those "fans" who wanted Roy to go will have their wish next season and he has still not been replaced and I believe if Wilf goes the problems will go on for just as long.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I think that the sessagnon suggestion is a great idea.
