Yup Companies are moving out because it is too expensive for them to do business and too expensive for their employees to live there. Texas is the state that is taking advantage of this. Edited by Badger11 (08 Jun 2021 10.07am) One more point

Financially my understanding is that it has been in trouble for a while. And a lot of decent people in parts of it who cannot afford to just up sticks and move on. And whilst it is good for Texas and Florida, it still brings with it problems in that the kind of people moving are also likely to infect those places with the sick progressive thinking that is destroying California. Financially my understanding is that it has been in trouble for a while. And a lot of decent people in parts of it who cannot afford to just up sticks and move on.

And whilst it is good for Texas and Florida, it still brings with it problems in that the kind of people moving are also likely to infect those places with the sick progressive thinking that is destroying California.

It'll be interesting, I've made my predictions previously on how I think it's going to go. The GOP have to know that unless they do something demographics will turn states like Texas and Florida blue with no chance of flipping back......Not to anything like present day Republicanism anyway. It's like the elephant in the room that the GOP just can't admit to themselves.....probably because that cheque book stops from donors if they did. I for one am watching it all quite closely. It'll be interesting, I've made my predictions previously on how I think it's going to go.

A friend of mine who is a South Bronx born Puerto Rican moved to San Antonio back in November (I think his wife is originally from Austen) He was basically sick to death working every hour under the sun to pay most of his tax dollars on Cycle lanes, transgender bathrooms, & the likes. While the streets remain dirty the subway sucks etc Except to visit relations they say that they won't be coming back. No personal Income Tax either so I believe in Texas!! Pro USA & Israel

A friend of mine who is a South Bronx born Puerto Rican moved to San Antonio back in November (I think his wife is originally from Austen)
He was basically sick to death working every hour under the sun to pay most of his tax dollars on Cycle lanes, transgender bathrooms, & the likes. While the streets remain dirty the subway sucks etc
Except to visit relations they say that they won't be coming back. No personal Income Tax either so I believe in Texas!!
