I know I'm going to get a lot of flak for this, but he did a very good job with NYC FC. He commanded the respect of the players, a lot of which were quite established. Imagine starting Pirilo on the bench. Also, my son met him (at 16 coached at a club where NYC FC practiced) and said he is by far the most intimidating person he's ever met. This year is a tough year for us, but I feel he can get the most. We will not be challenging for top half. I hope most of you give him enough time.

Not really that inspiring but who knows, sometimes people just find a good fit, he has probably took on one of the hardest jobs in football, get behind him and hopefully the club and him can prove everyone wrong, me included.

The guy must be significantly better than FdB, and that's a real bonus He will need some slack of course, but he will undoubtedly be a big motivator for existing players, and a draw for new players. It'll be fine. Or interesting. Or both!
