Not picking an argument here but I'm really not sure I follow you.

You're point was that the Americans wouldn't invest significant sums into a club run by Parish. But they have. They bought large shares on the basis that Parish would run the club. They put their hands in their pockets to fund Allardyce signings whilst Parish was running the show. They did the same again to cover covid losses. These are not the acts of people who don't trust parish' running of the club.
