I thought the whole idea of having a Sporting Director etc was to sort all this out irrespective of who the the manager is. What a shower of sh1t.

This is why we don't ever bring in high quality staff they wouldn't put up with how things are run.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
