The traffic coming through the high street apart, that junction at station/tamworth road looks exactly the same, bar the shop names. Great to see the van damme bar sign by the cinema here, used to have strippers every saturday and a load of eagle eyed boys looking through the air conditioning fan on to the stage.(so a friend tells me).

Who remembers Sinatras,at other end off town there was a disco can't remember there name, I went too, use to be a butcher in Whitgift center for a short time for sainsburys, hated working for them. Edited by Far away fan (11 Jul 2021 3.51pm)
