It seems to be a matter of record some Daily Mail staff turned up to work wearing black shirts (source The Times of Israel which I have no reason to doubt). You cannot by any stretch argue that the behaviour of a newspaper owner decades ago has any bearing on the current newspaper. Lord Rothermere a famous proponent of national self determination was the owner so not really a big surprise. Working on an EU project some years ago, I was working with Hungarians, and they have a national holiday named after 'Lord Rothermere's Action'. Like a national day for them. He said that Hungary should be allowed to be a nation, free from Austria. I had never known about it until then, but just thought I'd put it here.

I was reading a bit about a guy who interviewed Des Nilsen many years ago. Apparently Nilsen said that Hitler would have ultimately destroyed the world if he had won WW2, as he would never be satisfied with victory.
