Ye it's a real shame as he's exactly what we need at the moment... strong competition for both fullback positions. .. but after knee surgery and a ruptured Achilles I'm not sure we can pin too much hope on the lad for the foreseeable future. He does have youth on his side though and obviously I hope he can put his injury problems behind him as he looked like a real exciting prospect.

Perhaps we should send him to whoever patched that Russian gymnast together who was competing in the Olympics THREE months after tearing his Achilles! How??

Ferguson is currently looking very fit body wise…whether the tendons are ready is another matter. I really do hope we see this lad succeed for us because he could be a very good player.

I would be surprised if we now sign Kabak I think he was our backup plan not unhappy if we do but I think we are now okay in that area.
