Bentenke looks match ready based on that first half. I wonder if Viera will bring him off at half-time/after an hour so that he can start on Saturday. I had high hopes for Reece Hannam, but in his appearances in preseason I don't think he's ready yet. He seems to lack a bit of confidence and has made some poor decisions (almost at fault for a goal today but saved by the woodwork). Rak-Sakyi certainly looks like he'll be the next one to break through into the first team, with Banks perhaps not too far behind (he takes some good set-pieces). Maybe we won't sign another winger after all? Hoping to see Omilabu in the second half. It would be great if he could step up and put pressure on Bentenke and Mateta (although perhaps asking a bit much given his age and lack of experience).

I'd expect Benetke to play at Chelsea, quite possibly from the start. Giving him minutes in this game suggests a ramping up of his prepreations, and more to the point Mateta hasn't convinced in pre-season.
