TBH I was a little shocked at how few were wearing masks… I had COVID a few weeks back and am a healthy/fit, young’ish guy and it knocked me for 6 AND I have been double jabbed!!!

I understand wearing a mask feels restricting, but if we all want to avoid stadiums closing again it is something that both me and my Son will still be wearing - we also have to remember it is not about protecting the wearer but those that it can be passed to…. In my case in particular my partner who is going through her final stages of breast cancer treatment.

I am not going to preach (too much!!!) as I understand people have had enough of being restricted and just want to get on with it…. Yet it will be those same people that complain IF there was ever to be another lockdown…. Example - a colleague of mine, same age, refused to wear a mask and he eventually tested positive after developing symptoms and was in hospital for 21 days and is now suffering from long COVID, to put it lightly he now regrets not being more careful….!

Like someone else said on this thread it can take a few days for symptoms to show so it can spread without you even knowing you have it… and my worry is we assume it’s not COVID so don’t bother to take a test because of the 10 day isolation period then unfortunately it is too late and has already spread!!!

Take a look at the attached pic to see how much wearing a mask helps stop the spread…. Those wearing masks are protecting others it would be nice if we all respected each other and all wear masks… no matter how much they piss us off!!!

End of rant LoL!!!

The urine would defeat covid? Maybe that’s the answer. We all live in bogs like the arfur. Cholera might be a problem however.

I uninstalled the app too many people I know have been forced to self isolate over nothing.

At the vaccination centre the first thing they tell us is to turn it off before we start work so why bother.

So you are happy to save yourself from 'covid' no matter how you look at the stats it's extremely extremely small percentages.
But instead want everyone to wear masks and up the risk of carbon dioxide poisoning?

What's with the world and the obsession with just covid. And zero other illnesses.

Media springs to mind.
