He really didn't. Just because he touched the ball somewhere in the lead up, doesn't mean he played a crucial role. Those were all Gallagher.

Wilf's been bang average for a while. Even the most passionate of fans can see that.

Well if he hadn't made the passes there wouldn't have been the chances. I'd say that's pretty crucial. His pass to Gallagher in the Brentford was inch-perfect. Unfortunately, Conor took a heavy touch but almost redeemed himself with a fine shot that hit the woodwork. Once the other attacking options get into the team he will have more space and be even better. Nobody is worried about Ayew

Anyway worst Premier 11. Just get the Arsenal line up for the last three games. Not that hard really.
Although I do believe that they have one per team? This time they should have dropped that rule.

I think you'll find there are TWO Arsenal players in it.

I saw him driving his open top black Ferrari yesterday. He looked moody as hell so maybe he already knew?

He was probably grumpy as he hit a couple of speed humps up Kingsdown Avenue a bit too fast, probably not the most comfortable car to hit a bump in.

What a ludicrously stupid list - I stopped reading at Tierney

I doubt he’ll care when Ferrari tell him he’s wrecked another car. Only a week’s wages for people with more money than sense, not that it takes much money for that.

Wilf has been our talisman for years but if he doesn't up his game we could see the unthinkable this season the sight of him being subbed. I think PV would have the bottle to do it for the good of the team.

You know, I think you could be right about PV on this. I wonder what Wilf's reaction would be: a hissy fit or a real determination to show PV that he was wrong to do it?

I'd like to think it would do him good..

Skirted close to a red card in that way that he does....

But he was so good today!

Interplay with others was energetic
and improved as the game progressed. Buzzing to see him back.
