New ticketing system using mobiles

I’ve not received any email about the app or a link to download it. I assume it’s just the Crystal Palace app in the App stores? This is an absolute shambles. Where’s the comms for this major change?

Oh I found my Spurs ticket (I thbk !). Click the season ticket tab on the Palace app then click "add to Apple wallet" then click "next" and "Automaticaly select". Then go into the Apple wallet click edit and the season ticket is there. Click it and then the "three dot" thing at the top right corner, scroll down and there's that scan thing for the Spurs match. Apologies for using non-computer literate words. Didnt realise it was a 12.30 kick off lol !

I need ios 13 upgrade to download the App - why should I have to purchase a new, more expensive mobile for my season ticket?!!

My season ticket is there but when I try and add it to google pay it simply says This item cannot be saved on this device (Samsung Galaxy S9+)

I have managed to find two of my season tickets on my phone, mine and my sons but I bought a third one under my linked friends membership ID. Now his ticket has presumable gone to him but I know he cannot go on Saturday so I was going to take my other son instead. I looked up sharing tickets from Apple Wallets and apparently some passes you are not able to share and it looks like these tickets are not sharable via Apple Wallet.
I'm so Palace I don't even know it |

If I sign in to the Palace app with my friends ID I should find his season ticket there and then maybe I can send it to my wallet ?
