Suprised that a lady isn"t worried about those poor victims Becky, and that randy doesn"t go on to commit more acts with young ladies! Just because you can have sex with a 16 year old over here, doesn"t make it right if you are 60!

I doubt they are 'poor' and maybe their aim is never to be so!

This is a civil action against Prince Andrew. He has to prove nothing. She has to prove he is guilty.

..... but the burden of proof is lower. It is not beyond a reasonable doubt.

Maybe . But would you be happy for a 17 year old family member to go abroad to visit HRH The Duke of York, all expenses paid?

Indeed. Certainly in the UK, it is "on the balance of probability" that a court can decide.
The Complainant seems to have a few witnesses willing to testify that meetings occurred, but beyond that, we will have to see if it ever reaches court.

Perhaps a non-disclosure sum£££££, is being sought for dropping the case.

Being pedantic, you don't have to prove anything as a defendant in a criminal case either.

This is exactly what I thought Forest, and we will be paying it for him, oh well.

According to her earlier testimonies, she refers to her father driving her back to Epstein/Maxwell's place after she had been home for a holiday. Now if she was being traffic'd/abused why wouldn't she have said something to her father (who there is no evidence against that he was involved in any of this)? So he was obviously quite happy - or she never told him what she was being 'made' to do.

perhaps he drove her to meet her knight in shining armour, a real prince, only for her to be abused and not wanting to admit, she had made a major mistake , thinking she might be a princess, only to be another young notch on his bed post!
