I agree, but how would you like people to embrace the culture? Would you like them all to support Crystal Palace? Convert to Christianity? Do a load of Coke in Infernos and then sing Wonderwall in a kebab shop every Saturday night? Join the National Trust?

Using America, as it's easier, is a land founded on religious freedom, so wouldn't an immigrant embrace the culture by simply being themselves?

Ultimately, it's a two-way street, if we want people to buy into our culture then we'll have to be welcoming. How could you ask anyone to accepting our culture if you treat them like a second class citizen?

You can see why people would be put off from participating if you read some of the comments from a few posters on this forum.

In a racist society there would be no 'diversity' industry at all.

The whole bag is collection of liars, fools and half truthers making it for all its worth while the elites allow them.....when the money pipe is turned off the tune will change.

Who'd defending BLM?

Pure whataboutary.

So in the space of 70 years, one lifetime, it has reduced by around 28%.

But of course, talk of replacement is just a myth, right?

You've made a huge assumption, that the white British population will reduce following a linear trend.

Like saying Palace have 5 points after 5 games, so we will have 38 points after 38 games

?

Society is defending BLM.....All the football clubs wore their logos, all the corporations defend BLM and their donations are in the tens of millions.

A more accurate question would be who opposes them.

As for 'whataboutary' that has to be in response to another point.

You could have said that thirty years ago and you would have been wrong.

You could have said that twenty years ago and you would have been wrong.

You could have said that ten years ago and you would have been wrong.

The idea that it would stablize or reverse needs to have a realistic explanation.

In fact, it will accelerate.

I think people are pretty welcoming, from what I see with my own eyes anyway, maybe not if you watch the news, like I said, racism is an emotive subject, news and tabloids use it as nothing more than clickbait, trying to create an issue that's not really there. Most people on this board will be from Croydon or surrounding areas, you couldn't get a more diverse area, we have all probably worked in massively diverse workplaces I've never came across any issues, everyone gets on regardless. Probably every ethnic minority I've worked with has encountered racist abuse but this country is not systemically racist.

Let's face it most people don't achieve what they want because they're neither intelligent or talented enough and unless you was blessed with good looks then you will more than likely live an average life.

I shouldn"t have to feel guilty over my good looks , it was just the luck of the draw, the creme de la creme, I don"t look down on those less fortunate looks wise, why should I? I would still talk to you unfortunates, it"s not your fault either- just the luck of the draw and exceptionally good genes!

Apart from their having one sunburnt arm has anyone ever seen a taxi driver who didn't look like a Hollywood God? Mel Gibson would've done The Knowledge but was a bit too fond of the booze.

He's definitely not that fond of the booze.

I've seen 'The Passion of the Christ'.
