Why would I do that?....typical dim comment from you.

Besides this I've no desire to continually post replies to someone who looks for and then puts my name on this forum and then tells me to delete my social media.

Take a run and jump..... you're lucky to still be on here....that whole thread had to be deleted.

Thanks for the advice Stirling.

It's a thread on an obscure Crytal Palace supporter website. Some may believe they are social commentators on this website but they are deluded.

Locking down your social media presence what genuine advice. Someone clearly has taken a real dislike to you as set up a twitter account with your name, former job, and home town, plus screenshotted your most controversial posts. I'm just the person who let you know.

If you are going to the police about the twitter account, I'd be happy to give the investigating officer a statement.

Whilst I don't like you, I think the twitter account is wrong. It seems to have all been set up around May 2021. Is there anyone you were having a disagreement with then?

I also think you need to take more personal accountability of your actions rather than blaming me or others. You seem to blame everything you don't like on the Government, you could always join a mainstream party and influence them if you don't like what's going on. You also continually post right wing vires online, and insult those that disagree with you. This isn't your first day on the Internet. Wise up a bit.

Also, do you think Zaha should be stripped of his right to vote in the UK as he has chosen to take the nationality of his country of birth?

You deliberately went looking for my name.

You deliberately went and put my name onto this site. That was a disgraceful act, which you had the gall to try and defend.

I've known about what's happened on Twitter for a long time now. The idea that you are 'telling me' something is nonsense. I am no longer on Twitter and that's because of the nature and actions of people like yourself.....you have the cheek to criticise Gusset when you use his tactics.

You went to that Twitter page, even though you claimed you didn't know about Gusset. This couldn't have happened without you looking. You obviously aren't truthful.....just like the lie you put on here about screenshots existing of me calling PA.

I will answer the question. Yes, like many countries...America for example, I don't believe that dual citizenry should exist outside of exceptional circumstances.

Now I ask that you stop posting at me. We have zero respect for each other and I don't want to communicate with the kind of person who puts names on forums when he gets annoyed. All that can come from continued communications are anger and personal criticisms which aren't good for other posters to continually read.

I don't expect you to grant this request but I've put it on record that I officially asked you to stop.

I googled Stirlingsays. The twitter page is the first hit. If you hadn't have lied about where you living in London then I wouldn't have done it.

If you post on a public forum, others do have right to reply.

Personally, in regard to Zaha, he's lived his entire life here and contributed an incredible amount to the local community, club, plays a huge amount of income tax, and would have played for England given the opportunity. I'm saddened to hear a Palace supporter say he doesn't deserve the same democratic right in this country as me and you.

Although I'd agree with you to some extent. You'll probably gleefully receive news that I didn't vote in the referendum as I didn't live in the EU at the time and thought it would be wrong for me to vote. On the other hand, I know a load of Scottish people in England and elsewhere who were raging that Nicola would not let them vote on the future of their country.

Probably needs looking into on the basis of a number of tests to see what ties you have with a nation, in the same way HMRC undertake non-dom tax tests. I would think CP probably should have a right to vote too. He's clearly Proud of where he lives and his ancestory.

I have never lied about where I live.

That's another lie.

As for your opinions on voting, fair enough.

You refused to stop posting at me. That is noted.

In Britain and Ireland the basic history is, when the countries cut ties, the mechanisms on the personal level were not severed. Thus, Irish people have been free to live and vote (amongst other things) in the UK. And vice versa British people can live, work and vote (in most elections) in Ireland. That's the Common Travel Area as it's officially named. As I say, it's a name given to something that has always existed. It pre dates the EU, Common Market etc. Basically a formalisation of the situation in 1921. Originally, Ireland was in the Commonwealth etc. De Valera (to some a hero, others a villain) a giant in Irish politics, put paid to that with a new constitution. But even that would be argued about amongst historians (if you have any interest see the Statute of Westminster circa 1935 and De Valera's constitution). The basic divide in Irish politics is in there. Except it will be Mary Lou next. Frankly, cannot be worse than what we have - self serving, corrupt scum.

Interesting, thanks for the info, always good to learn something.

Not seeing much HGV debate on the thread now

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

That"s because anyone who"s not following their own agenda knows the answer is yes, it"s partly responsible, even some of the arch brexiteers on here admit it, brexit, covid, and a hopeless leader, changing his mind to appease the front page of the newspapers and no forward thinking what so ever! But, in a word, Yes!

Without Brexit we would still have an HGV driver crisis. We would just have cheap EU drivers to hide the problem and continue doing so for generations. And that’s really the point.

Maybe if BP didn’t exploit drivers and kept their mouths shut the panic buying wouldn’t have happened.

Maybe the media....people like Jeremy Vine have questions to answer regarding scare mongering.

There's a fine line between them doing their job....which is reflecting day to day issues and no one being able to fill their tank.

I don't know...it's a difficult one.

Nobody under 30 knows who Jeremy Vine is. So it's not long before it doesn't matter. What's more worrying is the crap on line - from either side of the political spectrum. That's the future, rightly or wrongly.
