Any chance the owners of the banner can pass it on to the good folk of Brighton for the visit of Newcastle in their next away game? Would love to see it out on tour travelling from ground to ground just to piss off the Saudi's and the greedy FA.

Brighton fans already suggested this but they think the PL puppet Barber will issue some sort of ban on it

Not sure how much truth there is in this article, but supposedly all PL clubs have agreed to not do any business with Newcastle to help get them relegated. Fantastic story is true.

I don't know, it's a nice idea in principle, but if you've got a 2018 Benteke or whoever the Premier League equivalent of Philippe Coutinho is burning up your wage budget, I suspect many a chairman will crumble.

God , i hope that is true, and that the 19 stick together, you cant have all foreign players, some UK, and some through the ranks, I make Mohammed bin Salman think its not worth the hassle and sell

I imagine negotiations are already underway for said banner to be left in the luggage carriage on the Brighton express as we speak, and they will be unfurling it on Saturday, it is a waste to wait till next season to give it another outing after all!

Brighton objected to the Saudi deal though, along with all the other EPL clubs?

It is not accurate at all from my understanding, statements have been made regarding this, it is a hedge fund and Blitzer has no say in who invests, apparently. Another Newcastle fan tried similar with Textor, Textir completed s*** him down, politely, so much so the Newcastle fan has deleted his account

Much as I also have issues with Blackstone, it's hardly chopping off heads.

However, I do concur with the near total complicity of globalised corporations in varying degrees of dirty money.

However, it could also be said that by supporting a Premier league football club you are also....to a much smaller degree....also doing the same.
