It does, but with respect that's obvious. Taking current trends and extrapolating them into definite outcomes is where the failure exists.

These are the EUs own statistics with no real, meaningful commentary. The figures are also there for some time back. I'm pretty sure you can quite easily extrapolate what happens, when you look at these stats.

The 'one nation conservative' who constantly posts left wing commentary and sites.

The one nation liar more like.

The man who thinks that extrapolation of current trends is not a reasonable way to predict future outcome.

Obviously you should just ignore them and predict the future based on your ideals. That is where mathematicians, scientists and I went wrong.
We used those damn figures.

Of course, there is a great way to change that future...

Not with social liberalism there isn't.

Its supporters directly created the problem and now with each body bag it's going to finger point at everything except itself.

I have a horrible feeling that the body bag count is going to rise due to that religion; or maybe just criminals!

You realise that great replacement theory is inherently racist in it’s ideas though don’t you? It’s white man good non white man bad in its thinking. In reality this couldn’t be further from from the truth.

But it’s what you believe and genuinely feel sad for you that you inherently distrust anyone that isn’t of the same genetic make up as you.

That's insane.

Were you fine with whites colonizing Africa? Are you fine with whites taking over from the native Americans?

No....well you must be racist then.

Well quite. The reality of the Great Replacement theory is that white man bad, non white good. I believe, and apologies if I have got the wrong person, that in the past you have said that if you were to be faced with making a choice around employing somebody, with all things being equal in terms of qualifications and so on, then you would offer the job to the non-white person.

We are constantly being told that many areas of our society need to become more 'diverse'. Which means less white people. Replacing white people with non-whites.

Now you might make arguments about how noble ambitions and motives drive such policies but lets not kid ourselves here. The entire notion of 'Diversity' is about making huge swathes of our society and its power structures less white. That is the entire point of it.

Own that at least.

I’ve never said that. I’ve said if I had a team of white people and have someone with an equal CV then I would probably hire the non-white person as I think having different backgrounds/cultures in a team means you’ve got more to bring to the table. I wouldn’t hire clones of myself over and over.

You just confirmed what he said.

LOL.

The 'Great Replacement' in practice. Living proof of the idiocy that 'Diversity is our Strength'.

To be fair to Dan H, at least he is honest about it. And I have no issues around him hiring who he wants based on whatever criteria he chooses. All I ever ask for is the honesty so that people can arrive at their own conclusions.

No interview face to face then as you wouldn't be allowed to Ask the colour of a person or their hheritage; that's racist. Would you guess their name isn't English or a white name so to speak that's racist. So even if the white candidate interviewed better and suited the skill set and experience needed you would employ the non white. That's racist or at least discrimination.
You see danh. Any which way you pan it out the left are the racists. You are proving that fact purely by admitting what you would do. Racism works both ways you know!
