I'm hardly reading what I want I'm just following through on your own comments. You are the one who said that a 'racial mix' was important and that race meant having different skill sets.

You can have different backgrounds and skill sets all within the same ethnicity. If you hired purely upon ability I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't all be one race anyway.

It is all ability though. Ability to do the job and enhance the team.

These are the EUs own statistics with no real, meaningful commentary. The figures are also there for some time back. I'm pretty sure you can quite easily extrapolate what happens, when you look at these stats.

Stats can only show the past and are an unreliable guide to the future. They need to be interpreted along with other known trends. In this case it is that immigrant populations increasingly adopt the culture of their hosts and ultimately become part of that culture. This has been witnessed many times before.

So too have been the kind of dire warnings inherent in "replacement theory". It isn't new, and it's never been shown to be true.

The one nation liar more like.

Only someone with extreme right views sees sites which post an objective analysis, which doesn't match their bias, as "left wing".

Throwing mud is a poor substitute for quiet, reasoned argument.

Obviously you should just ignore them and predict the future based on your ideals. That is where mathematicians, scientists and I went wrong.
We used those damn figures.

Of course, there is a great way to change that future...

No you don't.

It's as poor a way of predicting the future as looking at a league table after the first 2 games and predicting the winners.

There is a great deal more that needs to be considered. Only if everything stayed exactly the same would it be reliable. As the only thing we can actually be sure about is that it won't stay the same, it isn't.

The funny thing about it is that I could go into, for instance, incentives many EU countries started to put in place for people to have children. I'm not advocating any particular theory, except that the EUs research has demonstrated a decline in birth rates across the board. Some worse than others. Ireland is one of the better ones, but still not reproducing its own population without immigration. It's not a big stretch to see that the figures are concerning to some. Perhaps not to others.
I personally feel the UK could do with a bit of a reduction in population. However, at the expense of the existing population doesn't seem the route to go down. I believe Italy has a terrible birth rate situation, which is interesting considering their staunch Catholicism. I haven't looked up the latest figures, so maybe things have improved. I doubt it though.
I did wonder if there would perhaps be a post Covid baby boom, all that being locked down etc?

Indeed. I for one hope that Dan H keeps on rubbishing 'The Great Replacement'. A fine spokesperson.

Do you ever interact or meet people who don’t look and sound exactly like you and grew up in different places to you Matov? Should try it sometime, you might realise that 99% of human beings are Good People no matter where they’re from or what they look like.

I don't see it as good or bad but rather worldview.....Different aspects matter differing amounts to people. The type of world you might love might be terrible to another and vice versa.
