If we can beat City 2-0 at the Etihad, we could have won all 11 of our games so far.

The only game that matters is the next one.

My view is that we could quite feasibly have won all the 6 games that we drew, but we were beaten fair and square by Chelski and the bin-dippers.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

If we get 10 points from these games I would be happy.
We still have the ups and downs of injury and suspensions to come yet and as the season progresses teams will also work us out a little better.
Ten points would see us on 25 points after 18 games which would be excellent given that the Brighton and Arsenal games were rough justice.

That's what's scary, we should have won all of those (well maybe not Brentford). Could legitimately have another 10 points!

United away!

just in time for them to have sacked OGS and get that new manager bounce.

the state of United right now, teams will be looking a them and thinking 'we can do them'. They're at a low ebb, devoid of any sort of tempo and fight - the sort of team we can dominate. I'm quite looking forward to that game, hopefully they don't have a resurgence before then.

Exactly how I see it. No better time to play them. I just hope they don't sack OGS before our match, although you get the feeling he is on borrowed time.

We could win them, then on the other hand we could lose them all. If we play like we have been playing of late, we should pick up a few points. I’m not jumping ahead of ourselves, but I can see us giving a team a really good hiding soon…

See the argument - though can't see the WH and Brentford games as anything other than hard fought draws.

Though in truth only Newcastle were pasted and that was the only time we missed loads of good opportunities. We were the better side again Leicester Arsenal and Brighton for the most part but it's a factor of our outlook under PV that mistakes will happen and we are not set up to hang onto narrow leads as per under RH.

I'd suggest we're only really a couple of points under par. The decisions most definitely went our way against City. Good win but we had the rub of the green.

Thats funny because I just woke up from a dream where we won 5-0, I cant remember who against though.. just remember it was away and the stadium was empty after the 4th goal which was an eze free kick

Right I am going to do 5-0 Palace in all 7 games as single bets and see what comes out.

Please don't hold it against me if you end up with nothing. That being said I did also dream of the man city win.. but I'm sure we all dreamt of winning that

One of the problems we have not had to deal with yet is playing multiple games in a week. Some of the next 7 games cover the Xmas period and realistically it is going to hard for the likes of Jimmy Mac to play 2 games in a week so are going to be forced to make changes. On plus side Viera does like to use his subs and we have people like Schlup ( who was an important player for us over last few season's) Milivojevic and Olise to come in which is a massive step up from last year, when we really struggled when the games came thick and past.
We don't have an out and out left back cover, should Mitchell get suspended or injured, but otherwise we have some decent cover now for most positions.
To have only lost 2 games from our opening 11 games is a real achievement based on who we have played ( Chelsea, Liverpool, Man C, Arsenal and WHU away ) However, the game on paper we would have expected to win ( Newcastle at home ) we were only able to draw. I do though expect us to get a good hall of points from these games.

We have Reece Hannam as an out & out LB(not sure if he's injured atm, not seen him lately) Schlupp can & has played LB for us & i believe Guehi can play there if needed.

im only looking at our next 3 we are good enough to win them with ease , 7 on the bounce is a big ask for any club so lets get the next 3 out of the way before we dream of 7 wins
