Yes, most certainly but the feeling by some here is that increasing pay is a good thing when inflation is simply wiping that out.

By the way, the Shell "relocation" is a one off special situation unrelated to Brexit, and down to a major outside investor making demands about streamlining their structure. Only 7 jobs will actually relocate. So no comfort there for the Brexiteers.
