Unelected European Equality Commissioner, Helena Dalli, recently unveiled a gender-neutral language guide for the European Commission staff in which she tells employees to avoid the term ‘Christmas’ and use ‘holidays’ instead. In an obvious effort to try to attack European cultural roots, traditions and identity by undermining language, invented pronouns are used, for example, replacing the word ‘woman’ with ‘birthing person’ and using idiotic pronouns such as ‘Xe/Xem/Xir. Following criticism from some members of the EU Parliament (particularly from a Malta party called ABBA!) and the Pope, Dalli has retreated a few inches and promised to “rephrase her intentions”, which of course means lull people into a false sense of security and then proceed to change the language behind their backs. Of course the EU electorate can't vote her out as she is appointed not elected, while the MEPs they can elect are powerless and can't propose or enact anything. This ludicrous 'Gender' insanity will either save Western Civilisation, by way of making people wake up to what is happening and rebel against it, or be the final nail in the coffin. It has to be resisted. Or put the stress test of say a referendum. They won't of course, because this is a top-down imposition of an ideology that has no wide spread support but is spreading like a pox through our institutions. There has to be a tipping point soon because otherwise when the back-lash does come, and it will, then it could be very, very unpleasant. Terms like non-gendered and non-binary are false science and while I have no issues with people describing themselves like that it should never be allowed to encroach into any institutional provision or service nor should any individual be pressured into accepting that language. However, it is heavily funded and pushed by powerful lobbies and elites. Feelings over rationality are a reality of our times and, in my view, a deliberate downgrade on the value of societal truth and traditional family identities and roles.
