This has got to be fake news. Eze has had a serious injury and so far he’s a fraction of the player he was. Not even a club with more money than sense would chance signing him until he’s back in shape, after all he may never be the same again.

Surely Olise is already ahead to be replacing Eze as he is pretty much a regular first teamer already, but I get where you are coming from.
I suppose loyalty and longevity at a club are things of the past. Its all about money now.
So if we can double our money net on Eze then we join the merry go round. Our skill as a club will be to do what Southampton have been doing as an earlier poster said.
With our academy and Dougie and now Brazil we should be in for a good shout.
But I would still be very sad to lose Eze.

John Texter our shareholder who pumped in £85m last summer has set up Eagle Holdings that now owns 90% of Botofago which is a massive Brazilian club. He has been quoted as saying all his clubs will enjoy a relationship as opposed to being all in one entity.
Bear in mind he is still pursuing Benfica. The future feed of talent could get very interesting.
