I am glad we asked the question anyway - CFC dont show themselves in a very good light these days, what with the Middlesbrough Behind Closed Doors request, recent results & now refusing CG the chance to be part of our biggest game of the season so far -

Honestly if CPFC was my club, I would have CG dressed in the same suits as the rest of the players, travel to the game on the coach with the team, name him captain for the day, make sure him & his family sit with Steve Parish & Dougie in the directors box for the game, etc etc etc basically anything I could do to make sure that CG & his family know how much we appreciate having him at the club & want him to be part of any future set up -

Then I hope we stuff CFC on the field for being such Arsenals.

Does anyone know how long is left on his chelsea contract ? That usually determines the price. Mind you if they are willing to sell some top 6 sides will pay more than us.

Chat I've heard is that there is a strong chance he will be going back out on loan next year. Whether it is to palace or not, who knows. No way he starts regularly in the first team, unless they get financially ruined and have to sell all their players.
