The tears from the Scousers on the radio phone ins would be priceless and smug Frank's face would look like a smacked backside.
Too good to go down - let's hope not!

Such was the narrative in Brian Clough's last season in management - His Nottm Forest team got relegated !

Want Everton to go down after Fat Frank’s distasteful comments about us after we thrashed his pile of ***** 4 - 0 in the cup.
Sadly I think by sacking Dyche Burnley have sealed their own fate

Burnley certainly attained a creditable result under Interim Manager Mike Jackson, drawing 1-1 at W.Ham.

I know this seems the popular opinion about the Dyche sacking, but they've won 4 games all season and just lost to Norwich! Hardly grounds for believing Dyche was their best hope. I know they're not big spenders but i don't see how they could just do nothing and accept the inevitable. Hope they stay up and fake big club Everton go down.

Yes, it was a good result. They could have won. A draw not enough really.

Was a great result for them. A draw kept them in touch with Everton just 3 points behind with same goal difference. A defeat would have left them adrift.

Everton have a game in hand on Burnley.
Everton's next game is home to Leicester tomorrow.Everton are well rested given that their last game was on 09 April when they defeated Man Utd 1-0.

Burnley's next game is on Thursday when they host Southampton.

In a perfect world they would both go down.

As I get older, I get lazier, so Watford or even Norwich are easier away days.

Definitely. This weekend Burnley have got Wolves at home, at least a point if not all three. And Everton are away to ..... Liverpool.

Evertons home match against us on the 19th May could become a crucial game for them as their final match three days later is Arsenal away.At this point my money is on Burnley to survive...just.
