A new channel on tv today, next to that awful gb news, and its another right leaning channel, piers was just on, not as bad on first day as the gb news channel, wonder it it will take off?

CP, do you watch GB news? Apart from one or two presenters it is balanced and has very diverse opinions from a wide range of guests. More from the left than the right but they let people discuss opposing views which is rare these days.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

They want to dictate what is ok.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz Not for me. This is where radio wins as you can have it on in the background whilst doing something else. It's a TV version of LBC but who has time to sit and watch.

I try and stay clear HK, it"s not as bad as it was in the beginning but anytime i turn over its just the same old woke bollox, not wheres the ppe money gone?, why don"t bungle want to hit the energy companies with record profits instead of the majority in the fuel heat or eat crisis? You get my drift.

I wont be watching either, was suprised it didn"t get more publicity, I just stumbled upon it, no fanfare, LBC on the other hand, Nick Abbott, the best show on the radio, weekends usually at 10pm but on all this week!

You get my drift. You can only hit them once. Then next year they will repaint, re plaster, replumb and new vehicle fleets to pay less tax than this year. What did they pay this year out of interest and how much have you calculated it to be if they put a windfall tax on the energy companies. Also what would they spend it on?

Always struck me as the kind of thing that attracts people who want to find an identity to latch to but need to be told how to think about things in order to align to a chosen identity as opposed to forming opinions of their own. It's a no from me.

My favourite prepackaged belief systems are the 'Alternative Media Intelligentsia' (profess to 'love their country' but hate almost everything about the West, as well as just about every demographic, 'basement dweller youtuber' lust, thinks 'normies' don't get it while believing any bull$hit going that they're sure puts them uniquely 'in the know') . and 'Safe Space Superheroes' (immediately informs you of 'their' pronouns.. which are different from last weeks and plastered across their social media presence, blasts a megaphone into your ear if you won't sleep with a transwoman, doesn't consider anyone in society if their demographic numbers into the millions, frequency holidays abroad but criticises you for boiling the kettle rather than heating the water with your own bean burger farts).
