Labour is on the side of the illegal immigrants.
Should go well in the red wall local elections shortly!
Boris can also now say that the EU are still interfering!

Yep. A genuine 'Brexit' divide issue. Plays incredibly well with the Leave side of the UK and I suspect even a fair few Remainers, who bought into project fear in 2016, will not necessarily side with the Left on this one.

Trickly dilemma for Starmer et al.

An alternative solution I saw mooted elsewhere was for a plane that holds 250, allocated 2,500 illegals to be on it.

By the time the lawyers have started submitting appeals, there should still be 250 of them that they haven't had time to get round to fill the flight.......

Time to quit the ECHR I see no need for it.

We have independent courts in this country why should we allow an unelected unaccountable body to interfere in our laws.

Overbooking flights is an industry standard so why not?

I always thought this plan was a positive move against the trafficking of illegals into our country, so very disappointed to see it being blocked by leftie lawyers, European at that.

Excuse my ignorance, but how is it that an Iraqi citizen who has no right to be here, has the ability to lodge an appeal against deportation? I don't get what's going on.

Another issue that's vexing me is how the police can be prevented from doing their job in Peckham to arrest a Nigerian man who illegally overstayed his visa.

Who are these people who are happy to encourage people to come to my country illegally? Can someone explain their mentality?

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Easy to explain…the protesters are basically anti-establishment and protest against anything the Government wants to do. They want chaos to result, as from the chaos of democracy will come the saviour of an extremist body. The only debate is whether that extremist body is on the left or the right.

In one way it is good that this is happening because it clarifies the insanity of the current legal situation.

All European countries are currently at the mercy of migrants supported by the law that they made.

This clearly is something that has to change, and seeing this play out is the first step towards wider public understanding and that change.

Europe cannot afford to allow outdated laws and legal jiggery pokery to dictate their policy.

Is Rwanda the problem or is it deporting people in general?

Where were all the brave human rights lawyers when they locked us all down and beat people up for protesting?
