Just renewed by phone through the box office. I thought I had renewed using the platform they sent but no. As a senior I should be paying less but not if they lose it somewhere in the ether.
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

I ended up going to the Box Office on the 31st as I had not received a receipt for my ticket . They apologised went out the back and printed me one up . The question is why they could not have done that when I renewed ?

I have just received a text saying I have until tonight to save my seat. As I have a,ready paid and shows on my account, thus seems strange. Anyone else got it? Is it a generic message
