There are a lot of players who would benefit greatly from 5 seasons in the championship. He is one. I don't mean that in the insulting way it comes across, but some players just are not battle hardened. Arsenal has a squad of them. They just don't know how to fight and add the intensity amd grit that their games need. If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

Wouldn’t fill me full of excitement, but he does have this strange habit of actually passing to a team mate, which is always a good thing and something Luka should’ve tried occasionally

I'm no expert, but I think he benefits from the Spurs jersey. Is he notably better than Hughes, or more useful than Eze, Macca, Kouyate, et al? I don't see it, unless he came at a bargain price.

I'm with the majority. Tottenham have a habit of producing these pretty ineffective midfielders like Ryan Mason and Tom Carroll - probably Skipp will be the next - who move on to other clubs and disappear without trace. With almost complete lack of creative ability and no defensive acumen, he's Hughes-lite

I'm with the majority. Not for me thanks. Can't see this as an upgrade to anything that we have already. Money could be spent better elsewhere I'm sure.. Some people are like Slinkies … not really good for anything, but you can’t help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

Can't see him being of much use with his back up against the wall, something we need often at Palace. Don't really see him as a game changer, MoTM or 'heartbeat of the team' either. That's the kind of player I'd like in CM.
