Nearly agreed with you CP but I think a 2 tier main stand and Whitehorse would be sufficient. Apparently the Whitehorse foundations are suitable for a 2 tier already.
Problem with this is fitting in the lucrative hospitality boxes

As long as we break the magic 40 k i will rubber stamp 2 tiers!

They’re being moved to new stand. So Whitehorse could go 2 but don’t forget pitch is being lengthened. But if you go back over Sainsburys then it would work. Would deffo be a light issue for houses on White horse road. But in principle great idea

Please a old man is allowed to dream of the good old days , but yes we need 35 to 38k ground to compete

Make it out of toughened glass, might solve the light issue!

The club obviously read the false information and scepticism on Palace websites.

It will come, I'm sure of that.

I think I predicted it will start by the end of the year/ beginning of next.

Let's see.

I'd say 35 - we have had over 20 attendances above 40k (might be 23) - most back in the Bert head Div 1 days, but there was Burnley, 43k at home to Liverpool in the cup in 77, and 40k at home to Spurs in div 2 in '77. With new stand our crowds would be the same as the weed ... 30k a week, but big games would easily get 35, or more, all those fair weather supporters in Surrey you see.

Can't happen that soon, need to give 12 months notice to the houses we need to take over.

Bulldozers revved up and an army of blokes in hard hats ready to go in the moment the lap of honour ends in May
