Well in this hot weather it’s hard to get infused by a roast or big dinner.
I just had
A couple of birds eye fish in parsley sauce ( few chilli flakes on top of course)
New potatoes
Couple of slices of bread and butter
Cup of coffee.
Went down a treat.
Simple and not stifling.
Any suggestions holers

Loss of appetite thanks to COVID has meant a limited menu.
For the last 3 weeks I have been living on avocado pears, smoked salmon, artichoke and potato salad, followed by ice cream.
But for breakfast it's just been a glass of cold milk.

pretty good Becky.

I've been fond of,
chicken breast (corn fed, decent cut is best) fried with dash of peri oil (not nandos s***e)
greek salad & forccacia panini.

or

plain old humous & pitta with olives & feta

or

jacket spud, stuffed with cheese & beans or layered with tuna & mayo.
if all else fails, cold from fridge Spam on toast(chips optional)

Freezers are wonderful things. This evening Ginger Chicken with, boiled potatoes, plus steamed courgette slices and leak slices, and for afters strawberries with ice cream and double cream.

Very tempted by choices of others. .
