Positives were that was probably Luka's best game in ages, Mitchell was great (bar missing an open goal!), Ozoh looked very composed for a 17-year-old and Ebiowei looked dangerous off the bench. We really should have won that in the last 10 minutes. Downsides were mainly the pitch and the ref. Not sure which was worse. Leeds were not great, especially in the second half, and were saved by a ridiculous penalty. If we'd had our proper squad to choose from I think we'd have won that. Good second half for Palace ! had 2 glorious chances to score . Never a penalty in a million years . Patrick went absolutly bananas on the side line , could hear him giving the ref a good bollicking . 10 more days to kick off the season . Wohoo

First off, that ref made (& i hate to say it) clutterfcuk look brilliant, the most inept performance ive seen from a ref since i took a class of 14yo's for training. Rak-Sakyi, getting better with every game, Malcolm, wow, what a player he is going to be for us, young Ozoh, shame bout his yellow, but, composed. Guaita, some really good saves. Luka, nuff said(please, never play him, ever) Think poor Mitch got a nose bleed with that chance & also straight after with Street, future looks better than it did last season, still, long way to go. Amazed how Ayew kept his cool, the comms were loving it. JP, took his goal well after having it laid on a plate by Ayew. Edouard, hmm, got great feet, i'll give him that, but seriously, bicycle kick, head it man. Gonna be interesting to see who starts Sat week V Montpellier. Just my observations & opinion. COYP Unbelievable ref performance. That game could have turned nasty, is it me or are teams starting to target Ayew? If that was a penalty you should get 20 a game. Pitch looked awful. I couldn’t have the commentary on so missed their drivel.

Friendly games out off season losing most, will do good for moral, personal in Palace who arranged these games needs sacking, I thought Palace looked useless, I stay by my words, Palace is in a a very dire situation on the drop new season, been in Singapore watched the game too few days ago.who wants to run me down just watch next season.

On another thread, I asserted that in my humble opinion we will not do as well as perhaps many of our supporters are expecting and that there is every chance we will not better our league position of last season. Real shame they didn’t go down last season but at least they’re a banker to finish below us.

Tyrick certainly has a nose for goal. I thought the ref would go into the crowd and start booking them as well. Ridiculous penalty award I thought for a moment they had VAR. An unnecessary tour hope it hasn't set us back.
