Only featured once for them, played for 60 minutes in a 1-4 home defeat, the rest of the time not even in the match day squad.

Perhaps all the Real Madrid, Barca, PSG, Bayern and Juventus scouts watching him caused too much disruption and uproar for Coventry, the kind of hoo-ha not scene since Lady Godiva.

I know very little about the lad, but in my opinion he looked well out of his depth against Stoke in the cup last season. The Championship might be a touch too high for him, but its a shame for Palace as it would have helped his development. Hopefully the reports are not true. Left back is a real problem position at the moment. Rodney at Oxford struggled too, but is very young. I can only assume that if we sign CG, Schlupp will lose his spot and be used as cover for Mitchell. Rak-Sakyi seems to be flying at Charlton. If he can notch up 20 goals in League 1, he'll be back with confidence and pushing for a place in the starting 11 next season. I think he's the one we should be most excited about.

I don't think we are far away from having the sort of conversation Chelsea and Arsenal fans have where a thread like this will be more detailed, covering a much bigger group of on loan youth players. Meanwhile... Pity about Adaramola, if true. But well done U21 beating Swindon 0-2 away.

I see Street has gone to Shrewsbury on loan. I think he's actually our best prospect CF by miles - he reminds me of Murray. I presume I've set him up to fail nicely now.

I think Victor Akinwale will replace Robb Street, and Ola-Ademobui will feature for the U21s as well. Both had very successful seasons for the U18s.

Chelseas top youngsters go to Championship clubs on loan and excel whereas ours go to Div 1 or lower and mostly struggle. Hopefully Rak Sakyi and Banks buck the trend but our youngsters generally aren't as good as we think they are
