Well that's completely different to what you said in your opening fantasy!

Maybe i didn't explain myself properly in the OP, but my last post is what i meant

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

That's one way of saying: "I posted something that was incorrect nonsense, but got found out". Have you ever thought of becoming a politician?

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

No, i haven't been found out, no player can be forced to go to another club, it would obviously be all four parties in the "club", but a contract can be cancelled at any time making them a free agent, but obviously that is an expensive business.

More likely a nominal fee would be agreed between the clubs. I think that's how these kind of arrangements work. Often affiliation is actually contracted as an agreement between clubs with specific clauses for loans and transfers. Not sure if we have that kind of affiliation with anyone or not.

With John Textor having controlling interests in Palace, Marseille, Botafogo and Molenbeek, he has the option of cancelling anybody's contract at any time, which obviously means free transfers between the four clubs, perhaps this is the way it is going, developing young players and moving them around without any transfer fees and any player at any of the four clubs available free at anytime.

Olympique Lyonnais. :-)
$846m price tag for ~66%. Net club debt of ~$300 million. OL is bleeding cash, and this was a distressed asset sale of a large club (~1/4 the 'price' of a relative equivalent Chelsea(?)). In other words, too good for Textor to pass up.

So, using his RWDM, Botafogo, and Palace holdings as collateral to the credit facility provider (Cannae Holdings): he bought Lyon. (L'Equipe Textor interview about a month ago),
