I witnessed Nya Kirby play for both Blackpool and Tranmere and his performances did not suggest that he would be a real asset to our club.I was not surprised to hear he had been released. Tayo looks so full of energy but his positioning has looked questionable when I've seen him play, often getting himself out of trouble due to his pace. If the coaching team can work with him on that I think he'll be great, but just perhaps not ready for the Championship yet. Charlton fans seem in love with Rak-Sakyi. I heard they are even thinking of naming a caravan park after him.

Largely they are ignoring him with a couple of noble exceptions, they seem to hate their owner and a lot of their own players. However despite saying very little about RS when they rate the players he normally comes out top e.g. their man of the match. Simply out they don't like praising him even though it is obvious he is now a key player for them. My favourite comment was from a Charlton fan who was brave enough to praise him. In Street's absence John-Kumani Gordon and Akinwale are pulling up a lot more trees than he did.
