I believe so. Using a cubicle to avoid embarrassment.

So why are they at any less "risk" than biological men?

Strangely, all the trans women I have had contact with couldn't wait to 'normalise' their bodies with their belief.

I don’t know but can make some guesses.

I guess there are a variety of reasons. Some may have lingering doubts and not want to take such an irreversible step. Some may fear surgery. Some may just think it unnecessary.

As I have encountered no trans women, that I was aware were tran, I have no experience to share.

Hopefully they aren’t.

I am unaware of any men complaining that women to male transgenders ought not use male facilities.

Common sense seems to rule. No-one even thinks about it.

So your contention is that men wouldn't notice a biological woman but would notice a Trans-man to the extent that there would be danger for the person involved.

.

You do understand that a male to female transgender dresses, behaves and even smells like every other woman. Put them in a male only space and the risks are obvious.

The female to male transgender dresses and behaves as a man and goes unnoticed.

You do realise that a changing room exists for people to, you know, change their clothes. At some stage in the process differences would be apparent.

Not when separate cubicles are used. This was explained pages ago!

Anyone behaving in a way that upset others in public should be asked to leave and banned. If private cubicles are not available then the facility is not suitable for a transgender and the provider should be required to install them.

Many people, for a variety of reasons, don't feel comfortable changing in public, even among those of the same sex.

If you follow your logic to it's conclusion you would expect female to male transgenders to change in open female changing rooms, having walked in there as a man. What kind of reaction do you think that would provoke?

And a lot of them don't have private cubicles as was also explained.
What does dressing like a man mean? Jeans and a shirt? Many women dress like that anyway. The reaction would be considerably less than that to a naked man.

And as I explained that means that common sense dictates that those without ought not be used by a transgender and that providers should be asked to install them.

It's not just dressing like a man. It's behaving like a man, because they are a man, with a female body. They would likely create much more upset than ever a male to female transgender would when they discretely use a private cubicle in the ladies facilities,

I'm sorry but that's meaningless- behave like a man? Which man? Tyson Fury? Julian Clary?

So businesses have to spend money installing private cubicles just to appease transgender, even though, until now, their customer base may have been more than happy with the arrangement. Pandering to the minority

Take your pick! Either would cause an upset.
