We played a very poor game against a weak team which didn't play well either.

Now I have 6 weeks to consider that, despite our poor performance, we would have earned 3 points if Wilf had scored an easy penalty kick and the VAR squad could actually recognize offsides.

13 points from home & 6 away from same number of games says it all. Interestingly after 14 games last season we had 16 points, 3 fewer than this season. And that was with Gallagher who is clearly a massive loss.

Yes fully agree, we have needed a striker for several windows now and we still do not have one and would not be surprised if we do not make any additions this next window!

The forwards got no service today, doesn’t matter who we sign if the service is rubbish!

'Early additions' and 'Palace' are not words that go together.

It'll be last day panic buy again.

I know, I know... but we live in hope. I tell myself that we'll be prepared this year due to the WC break!!

That makes me feel much better about the fact that we are s***e!

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Good to have some perspective. With the right additions we could really unlock our potential... without the additions it'll be frustratingly inconsistent.

The away game against Burnley last season highlighted our weaknesses in defending balls into our box and until we address this we are always going to struggle, Schlupp had the opportunity to clear the ball for their goal and choose to lunge at the ball with his head instead of booting it.

The players should refund all our travelling fans.

Totally... adding a bit of extra guile and energy to the midfield is much more important imo. A fit Edouard was already starting to do ok admittedly off of scraps.

Inevitable given the 2 wins in a row. 3 would have had even the most balanced fan shouting for top 6.

Disappointing, but at this level of football only the top top players have the consistency to win week in week out.

We were ok for chucks of hte first half, but pretty meh in the 2nd half.

Clueless performance. I think Schlupp must be his love child or something, either that or Viera just cant see how much having him in the middle is f***ing us up. We have our own little Ward-Prowse sitting on the bench every week doing nothing when he could be the answer to our non existent midfield, its the reason we spend about 20 mins per game knocking it sideways and backwards because theres no midfield or forward making any sort of run or movement. The forward line has a lot of talent but unfortunately the brains and movement of rocking horses and wingers dropping deep to receive instead of making a run down the line, wtf is all that about.
He's dropped Ward for f*** knows what reason when in my opinion he was having an excellent season.
Luckily we've had a few lucky results from s***e performances and hopefully we'll have a few more to ensure survival but I'll be honest, Im starting to go off the big man quite rapidly. He might be lucky enough to keep us steady for a season but he's certainly not the visionary to take us forward.
I'll get my tin hat.

How can you have zaha, Ayew, eze, olise, ebiowi mateta, edward on the pitch and not have a single shot on target...
And before you say they don't get service, they should be servicing each other. In my opinion eze and olise are luxury players who don't do enough for yhe team over 90 minutes....

It was typical Palace, go on a decent run, then lose to the bottom team. Who to be fair did their homework on us and stopped us creating anything.

We have never beaten Forest in a Premier game ever, so omens werent good.
