Funny then that in the past there were less Police per population and less violent crime and less homicides......the statistics can't be lied about over homicides. No surprise that Sad Dick has decided to expand the Ulez zone to all London boroughs. This comes after his asked Londoners for their views and a majority sad no. What a joke. Good luck to all those van drivers.
