Gutted, disappointed, upset, shambles, disorganised

I hope PV experiments with his team on Saturday against Southampton.

So many poor performances, bad tactical decisions…..

And again we play without a balanced midfield. Eze and Olise need to be on the bench if Zaha plays. It’s the only way we can get a fighting midfield supporting the defence and attack. Eze and Olise are just too lightweight for us :-(

It’s not working at all. One stat that really shocked me was that we are the lowest team in the league for distance covered by running. Doesn’t that equate to effort?

Like I said, this is one bunch of lazy fecker players. Vieira must be a pushover in training.

In some ways it will be a relief to go down. All that nervous energy and sense of anticipation just to see if we can finish 10-14th , amass 40-50 points or finish with a positive goal difference is sometimes too much to bear.

Plus it will get rid of a lot the dross on here.

Contrary to some posters, I thought Ayew was very very impressive.

Ward and Clyne also gave it everything,

There will be a silver lining if the younger players have learned lessons - eg the importance of concentration.

But we badly need a midfield leader.

Ayew very very impressive?? How exactly? Was it his insistence in the 1st half to keep throwing himself to the floor to win a free kick which referees have cottoned on to??
Was it his terrible shot straight at Lloris when a simple lay off to Olise would of put us one up?
Or was it two runs in the second half down the wing that resulted in giving the ball away?

Ward was at fault for 2 of the goals today. Ball watched and didn't go with Kane for his 2nd goal. Threw himself onto the floor instead of staying on his feet with Son for the Doherty goal.

Him and Clyne can give it everything as much as they want but the simple fact is they're nowhere near good enough.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Clyne was the only one who frightened me during the first half, we had plenty of opportunities to score but sadly the likes of Kane we'll never possess.

I’m afraid relegation would a financial disaster for this club and we could even end up in league 1 or 2 like others who have failed to invest in their teams!

We were given a lesson in finishing. There first four meaningful efforts on goal all went in. We looked good at times in the first half but didn’t score. The more worrying fact is we have played 5 of the bottom six in our last 7 games and only picked up 9 points and incurring a -7 goal difference at the same time.

An interesting incident that I noticed, just after Spurs had scored their first goal - at the time, I supposed that the two things were probably not related, but after that performance,I wonder

Vieira: walking up & down the box, clapping his hands and shouting, C'mon, C'mon, C'mon,

camera cuts to Ward walking away and clearly saying "Oh, fu*k off"

Are there problems in the dressing room?

Yes, a lot to criticize and carp about BUT those two goals by Kane were real class and effectively blew us out of the water. If we'd scored at the time of Kane's first goal I suspect things might have been very different. We didn't so we're left to rue that wasted first half dominance that came to nothing.

PV just has to learn from this surely? And SP too. Must find a midfield general at least and play a real striker. Lots to worry about but no need to despair just yet. I hope..
