The Fentanyl didn't kill him, that is clear from the examiner's report. He had a heart attack brought on no doubt by a variety of issues but a major one was having his neck kneeled on, even you can't disagree with that.

Well, that's a slightly different issue. I disagree with the physical tactics used in the arrest certainly. However, those same tactics are used in other democracies, Israel for example.

My personal take on his death is that the stress of the arrest contributed to his death, however he was both high on drugs and resisting arrest. He was also saying 'I can't breathe' both before he was on the ground and while the knee was on his neck....the implication being that he obviously could.

However, that form of restraint should never be used....it's wrong in my view. However, unfortunately it was legal....I think the police were wrong but were also thrown under the bus.

This isn't the only death that has happened this way in the States....but of course because it involved your noble oppressed social justice rioters it's the only type the leftist media give a feck about.

Funny how if your skin happens to be white you're automatically a racist if anything bad happens to someone non white.....No one makes bad decisions or fecks up, no they are all racists apparently...The logic of it is crazy but I've grown to understand the motivations behind it.

Anyway with this death, in my view at worse it was involuntary manslaughter and negligent (but the restraint was on the books and legal). I regard the murder verdict and length of sentence as a miscarriage of justice. A verdict, that to me at least, is coloured by the political and racial. Something I regard as happening far too regularly in the polarised US.

If this copper had been OJ...an actual multiple murderer, perhaps he'd be walking free.

Of course. He had no part in Al Capone’s escapades. He just behaves like a mob boss.

When the Jan 6th events are discussed it’s impossible not to link him to them. It was done in his name but people who believed he had encouraged them.

In fact Floyd did not know it was a fake note according to the cashier to whom he passed it. So no, Floyd didn't knowingly contribute to his demise. And since when did passing a forged note result in a death sentence.

How you can conflate that with being in a riot mob facing one of the most highly armed places in the US is just bizarre. Absolutely no comparison. And by the way in the US the death penalty can be imposed on defendants convicted of capital offenses including treason or the kidnapping of a Congressman.

If this is correct then how could the cashier have known, and it is an opinion not a fact. Floyd was not a model citizen.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Thank you

I do like to research what I write. Getting things correct is a way to engender trust and also to stop those with strong opinions obscuring the real truth

Floyd was high, as has been established. The cashier spotted a colour defect. He would have had the $20 deducted from his wages which is why, after some thought, he asked Floyd to return to the shop. When he did not, the Police were called.

Yes, Floyd was not a model citizen although seems to have been friendly and pleasant in the shop. Should we suffocate all non-model citizens to death?

No.
But they should have their Twitter accounts frozen and be unfriended on Facebook.

Fair enough, but should they also be elevated into sainthood and start people kneeling? This unfortunate death was turned into myth and used shamelessly for political advancement....and seemingly fraud if some of the stories about misappropriation of funds with BLM are true.

Not a model citizen. No s*** Sherlock. Did you see his rap sheet ? Oh sorry no one has as he was perfect and black! Oh and held a gun to a pregnant woman’s tummy apparently but hey if it was your mrs you’d sit him down for a chat and wish him all the best in his future. The fella was a dead man walking, saint hood happened upon him due to politics.

Hmmm FBI search Biden's home.

[Link]

Don't get too excited it's a planned and agreed search so I would be amazed if they found anything, they gave him enough warning.

I expect this is all about looking impartial.
