It is for SG to inform her current employer, not Starmer, therefore he refused to get involved. Incidentally i speak to many people and often say let me know if/when you are interested in discussing a new job/role.

We lost an elected Prime Minister because of his so called dishonesty, and yet the very opposition who cheered that on are already showing their colours. If she accepts it she will need to work gardening leave. Not sure how this is different from (now Lord) David Frost being appointed by Johnson's govt

Facial expression and repeatedly refusing to answer the question re Sue Grey original contact re job says it all. Pathetic stance by Starmer. A weak woke.

But as a Senior Civil Servant she should be totally impartial, politically-wise, , wasshe?. She was duty bound to have reported any contact, which she did not comply with.
