Brexit or no Brexit, illegals or no illegals, asylum seekers or none, regardless of these factors and the nations varying stances on immigration, the government has demonstrated absolutely no interest in reducing numbers. With Brexit we see a clear shift to non EU immigration. There is no obligation to accept this, it's an entirely optional choice by our government.. Rwanda and the like are token gestures to look like they're doing something, they're not an actual strategy to reduce numbers. If it 'works' as a strategy, the numbers will just be allowed in some other way that's getting less heat or publicity. Surely people arent so foolish as to believe otherwise?

They come over here, get put up in our prison cells - what about our own criminals?

The UK can't even look after it's own ex-services after conflict. Look at the amount of ex-army people who found themselves living on the streets with mental issues (PTSD) after Falklands, and Iraq 1 and 2.
