Sunak's five pledges:-

Inflation - still over 10%.

Economic growth - not going to happen.

National Debt - don't be ridiculous.

NHS waiting lists - not even remotely possible.

Illegal migration - not before the election.

All 'dead in the water'.

Try those Sir Keir.

Starmer should concentrate on issues where he doesn't have a history of hypocrisy and simple lying, like the Sunak rapist attack ad.

Problem is finding these issues

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Having lost so much central funding, a mixture of arrogance and desperation resulted in the council investing massively in real estate. At a very bad time. Apparently brick to brick flats are well regarded but not only were the investments too risky, the finances were poorly managed. Oh and by the was, the planning department was full of people taking massive backhanders. Allegedly.

And that will continue regardless of how terrible it gets....for obvious reasons.

Detroit and many other places are examples.

I cannot understand buying buildings with no potential. They would have done better buying houses and renting them out. At least it’s a bit of a portfolio that’s useful long term.

“We own you and you will have nothing and be nothing without us, we give you money so you don’t starve, so votes for bread!”
That’s why many in s*** hole cities and towns both here and in the USA vote left.
Brainwashing to keep people down. There is more to it from a certain perspective but even bean could work out what that is

Truss was great before she did the Tory thing and print money to enrich her pals without any costing at all. How did she last 42 days? Roll on a Labour Government.

I don't care who is in power if they do at least an OK job, I can't see that from any party at the moment.

I believe that the Council did some property dealswith Companies who fleeced them because the Council people doing the deals were too stupid to know and understand what they were doing
Just put them into google and see the issues - how people are not in prison without pensions and pay offs I have no idea.
Massive fraud has taken place in so many ways.
